Ingredients

  • 1 oz Cristiani absinthe
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • Mint
  • Soda water to top

Steps

  1. 1

    Muddle mint in cocktail shaker.

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients except soda water to the cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake until chilled.

  3. 3

    Strain into highball glass top with soda water. Optionally garnish with mint.
