Katie says: “Nice dessert drink. To quote the cocktail book, "If a drink could turn into a cake if you baked it, this would be it." The Midori kind of tastes like mint in here which is interesting. For the chocolate garnish I usually just grate a chocolate chip over the drink.”
Ingredients
- 2/3 oz Finlandia vodka
- 2 bar spoons of Midori melon liqueur
- 2 bar spoons of Kahlua
- 2/3 oz heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk
- Garnish: crushed chocolate and fresh mint
Steps

Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill it two-thirds of the way with ice, and shake vigorously until chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the coupe, garnish with the crushed chocolate and fresh mint, and enjoy.
