Katie says: “This was a great drink! I used Amaro Nonino as that is what I had. It balanced really well with the Luxardo. It wasn't too sweet or too sour and had an interesting taste. Addison liked it as well. I tried doing it with Amaro Meletti once and felt it made it too sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Amaro CioCaro (sub Amaro Nonino)
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Steps

    Add ingredients to an old-fashioned glass, add a large ice cube, and stir until chilled.

    Garnish with a lemon twist.
