Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz straight rye whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
  • 0.5 oz Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)
  • 1/3 oz honey syrup (3:1 honey:water)

Steps

    Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.

    Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass.
