Bumble Bee

Ingredients

• 2 oz rum
• 0.75 oz lime
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• Egg white
• Garnish: Angostura bitters

Steps

   Combine rum, lime, honey syrup, and egg white in cocktail shaker and dry shake to froth egg.

   Add ice; shake until chilled.

   Strain into coupe glass.

   Optional garnish: gently pour dots of Angostura bitters into foam and use a toothpick to make a heart shape out of the dots.
