Katie says: “It's a great tropical drink. I don't usually like pineapple juice but it complements the Green Chartreuse well. I need to figure out a better way to crush ice to prepare this better. Haven't tried the nutmeg garnish on this but it sounds great.”

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
  • Garnish: mint sprig, fresh-grated nutmeg

Steps

    Add all ingredients to a Collins glass and fill with crushed ice.

  2. 2

    Insert a barspoon into the drink and swizzle the mixture until frost appears on the outside of the glass.

  3. 3

    Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig and fresh-grated nutmeg.
