Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz Averna amaro
  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Steps

    Shake in cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.

    Double strain. Serve on pebble ice.
