Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz dragonfruit simple syrup
  • 1 oz egg white

Steps

    Combine all ingredients and dry shake to foam egg white.

    Add ice; shake until chilled.

    Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with dragonfruit or lemon peel.
