Katie says: “Interesting drink. Creamy, not too sweet. I used simple syrup and mint tea instead but tried it again later with peppermint tea.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz chilled peppermint tea
  • 1 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 0.75 oz demerara syrup
  • 1-2 oz oat milk
  • Mint, to garnish

Steps

    Add top 3 ingredients to a chilled glass over ice.

    Give it a quick stir and top with oat milk.

    Garnish with mint and enjoy!
