Gin

Katie says: “I like the drink. It's refreshing. I used 1:1 simple syrup. Addison asked me to add a bit more absinthe, so I did. I used the Cristiani absinthe.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (2:1)
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 dash absinthe

Steps

    Place coupe glass into freezer to chill.

  2. 2

    Slap mint leaves against palm of hand to activate oils.

  3. 3

    Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake with ice.

  4. 4

    Double strain into chilled coupe glass and garnish with mint leaf.
