Katie says: “I didn't even add the soda water. It was so delicious and refreshing. But Addison prefers it with soda water to cut some of the citrus flavor.”

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: lemon twist
  • Soda water, to top

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker and dry shake to foam egg.

  2. 2

    Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. 3

    Strain into a glass and top with the soda water.

  4. 4

    Garnish with lemon twist.
