Katie says: “It was a good, smooth, refreshing/citrusy drink but I felt that the Italicus was a bit overpowered.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Italicus
  • 1 oz Gin (best to use a flor gin ex. Berliner Brandstifter)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • Egg white or foamer
  • Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel

Steps

    Combine ingredients and dry shake.

    Add ice into the shaker and shake until chilled.

  3. 3

    Double strain into double old fashioned glass.

  4. 4

    Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
