Ingredients
- 1 oz Italicus
- 1 oz Gin (best to use a flor gin ex. Berliner Brandstifter)
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/3 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Egg white or foamer
- Garnish: dehydrated lime wheel
Steps

Combine ingredients and dry shake.

Add ice into the shaker and shake until chilled.

Double strain into double old fashioned glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
