Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz triple sec
  • 3 dashes absinthe
  • Lemon zest, to garnish

Steps

    Place coupette glass in freezer to chill.

    Stir dry gin, dry vermouth, and triple sec with ice.

  3. 3

    Strain into chilled coupette.

  4. 4

    Spray with absinthe and garnish with a lemon zest.
