Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon (ex. Buffalo Trace)
• 0.75 oz lemon juice
• 0.75 oz simple syrup (2:1)
• 0.33 oz sweet vermouth
• Egg white

Steps

   Place coupe glass in freezer to chill.

   Combine all ingredients in shaker and dry shake.

   Add ice; shake until chilled.

   Fine-strain into chilled coupe glass.
