Negroni Sour (more Campari version)

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Vermouth
• 0.33 oz simple syrup
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Steps

1. 1

   Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and do a dry shake to emulsify the egg white.

   Add ice and shake until chilled.

   Double strain into whiskey glass. Garnish with lemon slice.
