Ingredients

  • 1 part Bourbon
  • 1 part Aperol
  • 1 part amaro (ex. Amaro Nonino)
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • Optional, to garnish: mini paper plane

Steps

    Place coupe glass in freezer to chill.

  2. 2

    Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

  3. 3

    Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with mini paper plane on side of glass.
