Pear Sage Gin Gimlet

Ingredients

• 1 pear, chopped
• 2-3 sage leaves
• 2 oz gin
• 0.5 oz lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup

Steps

   Add pear, sage, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

   Add gin and ice and shake.

   Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with sage leaf.
