Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 0.75 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • 4-5 raspberries

Steps

    Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle the raspberries.

    Dry shake to emulsify the egg white.

  3. 3

    Add ice to the shaker and shake to chill the cocktail.

  4. 4

    Strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice and garnish with a raspberry.
