Ingredients

• 1.75 oz Empress Elderflower Rose Gin
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.75 oz Elderflower liqueur
• Grapefruit peel, to garnish

Steps

1. 1

   Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.

   Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.

3. 3

   Shake well and double strain into the chilled coupe glass.

4. 4

   Express a grapefruit peel over the top and garnish.
