Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Empress 1908 gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 0.25 oz creme de violette
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz sparkling wine
  • Absinthe rinse

    Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

    Strain into coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
