Ingredients

  • 1.35 oz gin infused with butterfly pea flowers
  • 0.5 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 barspoon creme de violette liqueur
  • 0.84 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Egg white or foamer

Steps

    Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake to froth egg.

    Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. 3

    Double strain into coupe glass.
