Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 0.75 oz orange juice
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz egg white

Steps

    Combine all ingredients in shaker without ice and dry shake to foam egg.

  2. 2

    Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. 3

    Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange twist.
