Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz gin
  • 1.75 oz rose liqueur (or Aperol + rose water)
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz almond syrup/orgeat
  • 0.75 oz egg white

Steps

    Shake all ingredients without ice until foamed up.

    Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. 3

    Strain into coupette glass. Optional garnish: rose.
